If you are interested in a particular rental, please indicate the address of the property in your email.  We will need to speak with you directly prior to setting up an appointment, so either give us a call or indicate a time that would be convenient to speak with you and we'll call you back.

If you would like to be placed on our "waiting list" , please indicate the property or property type you are interested in as well as any features you are looking for (i.e. I need a 2 bedroom apartment that allows cats and want to move in on May 1).  We will require your name, current address and phone contact information.  Please also answer these three questions:

1. What is your source of income and length of receipt (i.e. where do you work and how long have you worked there?).
2. Why do you want to leave where you are living?  Will you give proper notice (60 days)?
3. We do thorough reference checks including former landlords, employers and friends.  We also do a credit check.  What will we find when completing these checks?

If you are a tenant reporting a maintenance issue , please indicate your address and the specific details and we will contact you within 48 hours to set up a time to address the situation.  In cases of absolute emergency (i.e. flooding, flamable fumes, furnace), please contact our emergency cell phone number available on our answering machine.
